Plan Your Visit
Before You Go
Your tickets.
Your tickets will arrive by email on the day you book. You will need your QR code to enter the patch, so save the email somewhere easy to find. A screenshot or a flagged message works well. If you cannot locate your tickets, you can retrieve them via our ticket partner here.
Your time slot.
Entry is timed, so please arrive at the time printed on your ticket. We recommend arriving 15 to 20 minutes early to give yourself time to check in and settle in before the magic begins. The adventure starts the moment you step through the gate!
What to wear.
The London Pumpkin Patch is an outdoor event, open to all the moody, atmospheric glory of a late October day. Dress for the season: coats, hats, and gloves are all very welcome, and wellies or sturdy boots are a wise choice, as the ground can be muddy underfoot.
The patch is cashless.
Please bring a card for pumpkins, warm drinks, snacks, and anything else that catches your eye.
On the Day
Arriving.
Have your tickets ready to be scanned at the entrance at Parsons Green. From the moment you step inside, the world of the London Pumpkin Patch is complete – lantern-lit paths, autumnal backdrops, and friendly characters who have been expecting you.
Buggies.
A supervised buggy park is available at the entrance, free of charge. We recommend leaving buggies there so the whole family can wander freely through the patch together.
Bags and belongings.
Please keep bags to a minimum where possible. The patch involves winding paths and intimate spaces, and travelling light makes the journey easier and more enjoyable for everyone.
Toilets.
Facilities are available on site. We recommend visiting before your adventure begins, particularly with young children.
Photography.
You are warmly encouraged to take photographs throughout the patch. Our stunning autumnal backdrops and photo spots are designed with exactly that in mind, so do not hold back.
Children & Families
The London Pumpkin Patch is built for families, and every part of the experience is designed to be explored together. Our live interactive characters bring the world to life with spooky but friendly fun, enchanting stories, sweet treats, and playful surprises that delight without frightening.
Under 2s go free for entry to the Pumpkin Patch. Carers go free throughout, because a magical adventure should be open to every family.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult (18+) at all times while exploring the patch, picking pumpkins, and knocking on doors in Trick or Treat Lane.
Food & Drink
The Parent’s Rest Area is the place to pause, warm up, and refuel. Hot drinks, snacks, and shelter are all on offer, a welcome retreat while the little ones explore every last corner of the patch. The site is cashless throughout, so please bring your card.
Accessibility
The London Pumpkin Patch is designed to be welcoming to every family. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please contact us in advance and our team will ensure everything is ready for your visit.
Getting Here
The London Pumpkin Patch is at Parsons Green, SW6 — one of south-west London’s most charming neighbourhoods, and very well connected. We strongly encourage all visitors to arrive by public transport.
By Underground
The nearest tube station is Parsons Green on the District Line (Zone 2), which sits between Fulham Broadway and Putney Bridge stations. It is a short, pleasant walk from the station exit to the entrance of the patch. If you are coming from further afield, you can also alight at Fulham Broadway (one stop east) or Putney Bridge (one stop west) and walk along the river or through the neighbourhood. Both are around 10 to 15 minutes on foot.
By Bus
Several bus routes serve Parsons Green directly, making it easy to reach from across south-west and central London. The 22 runs daily from Oxford Circus via Knightsbridge, Sloane Square, and the King’s Road, stopping on New King’s Road at Parsons Green — a useful route if you are coming from the West End or Chelsea. The 14 connects Russell Square, Piccadilly, South Kensington, and Fulham Broadway, with a stop on Fulham Road close to the patch. The 424 serves Fulham Broadway Station and Sands End, also stopping at Parsons Green on New King’s Road. For night owls heading to our Twilight Magic session, the N22 night bus follows the same route as the 22 and runs through Parsons Green after dark.
By Car
There is no dedicated event car parking at the London Pumpkin Patch. We ask all visitors to plan their journey by public transport, on foot, or by bicycle where possible. If driving is unavoidable, limited public parking is available in the surrounding streets – please allow extra time.
By Taxi or Rideshare
Ask to be dropped at Parsons Green, SW6. The patch is a short walk from the station entrance.
